Everything is Included
All program upgrades, secure automatic backup, centralized reporting and configuration, and support.
Everything is included in the monthly subscription fee.

Workstations
Install as many workstations as you need. They're all included in your monthly subscription fee.
Reserve one for customer service and another for invoicing. Put one in the manager's office for reporting.
It's up to you.

Allows customers to make self-server reservations on the web

+ $0.25 / room / month (per system)
Integration with call accounting, point-of-sale, video-on-demand or other systems
